Made-to-measure banquettes, upholstered dining chairs and solid oak tables for a busy all-day restaurant.
The brief
An illustrative restaurant fit-out demonstrating how banquettes and loose furniture are planned together around the covers plan.
The challenge
The layout called for long wall banquettes, flexible two-tops that can join for groups, and chairs that stay comfortable from breakfast to late dinner.
Our solution
Banquettes were produced in runs to the dimensioned floor plan, with seat depth and back rake tuned for dining. Oak tables share a single height and edge detail so they can be combined.
The outcome
A dining room that turns tables quickly without feeling like a canteen — and a furniture schedule the operator can re-order from.
